Access and object probe to prove the protection of people against access to dangerous parts and against access with a tool. In addition, the probe is also used to determine the degree of protection of housings against the penetration of solid foreign bodies ≥ 3 mm.

The test probe has a 100 mm long, ground metal test rod Ø 4 mm and a stop surface of Ø 35 mm. The handle and the stop surface are made of plastic. There is a 4 mm receptacle conductively connected to the probe for contact- and continuity checks.
